	In addition to the staff members who are introduced on this page, other members of the CDR Fundraising Group staff work on Nonprofit Consulting projects as needed. We also have a cadre of outside professional associates who work on projects with us, when their special skills are appropriate.
	Dr. Joel S. Zimmerman Dr. Zimmerman’s credentials include a PhD from Northwestern University, an MS from Purdue, and an MA from the Fielding Institute. Zimmerman’s professional activities have included social science research, management and marketing consulting, information systems development, college teaching, and seminar presentations. Throughout his career, Dr. Zimmerman has facilitated numerous team building and strategic planning sessions in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. He has authored many articles in both the social sciences and technology areas, including a book titled “Management Walkabout: Discovering Your Organization’s Strategic Readiness.” Nonprofit Consulting projects are performed by Joel, other members of the CDR Fundraising Group staff, and additional consultant associates as needed. 	Geoff Peters Geoff has been with CDR Fundraising Group for 16 years, first serving as the president of our international subsidiary before assuming the duties of the company’s retired founder in 2004. He consults with all of our clients and the industry in general on regulatory matters, fundraising strategy, and integrated marketing. He frequently teaches and lectures on direct marketing and charity regulation. He has worked in the nonprofit sector since 1972. Geoff received his B.A. from Northwestern University, and his M.A. and J.D. from the University of Denver. 	Bethany Frye Bethany recently completed an M.S. degree in communication management at Towson University, for which she conducted a qualitative ethnography of an employee-owned company using Edgar Schein’s organizational cultural model for analysis (artifacts, values, assumptions). Her research included face-to-face, one-on-one interviews. Bethany has worked in the production department of CDR Fundraising Group since 2004 managing production of direct-mail packages for nonprofit clients. 	Kristin Sinclair As a graphic designer for CDR Fundraising Group, Kristin has worked with a dozen accounts. She has provided design services ranging from internal graphic material to direct-mail package design. Her design skills are augmented by a strong background in digital design and fine art, including digital photo manipulation, illustration, classic media work and visual recording. In 2008 Kristin was promoted to Assistant Art Director for CDR Fundraising Group. Kristin is a graduate of Towson University with a B.A. in Graphic Design.
